Pooja Guria, M.Ost, BSc

Pooja graduated in 2019 from the University College of Osteopathy having previously completed a BSc in Human Physiology.

Pooja has over 5 years of clinical experience and specialises in pain management, musculoskeletal pain conditions and women’s health. She has undertaken further training in cognitive functional therapy for persistent pain, pregnancy and post partum care and Mummy MOT.

In practice, she uses an individualised approach using hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, advice and lifestyle changes. She tailors the treatment to your goals and empowers you to ultimately self manage.

Outside of the clinic you can find her traveling, eating delicious food, practicing yoga, taking a dance class or running at the local park run.
